Weight management is about getting you to the weight you want to be, be it for health reasons or so you can look the way you want. It is a case of setting out a long term plan which involves exercise and nutritional advice.

The basic guidelines are simple: at least 3 sessions of cardiovascular exercise per week and a healthy balanced diet.

The real gains can be made by altering certain factors, such as the way you exercise or what you eat for breakfast. This is where I can help you achieve your goals. Your progress is monitored with a bio-impendence monitor which measures your fat percentage rather than your weight.
